Our skill and knowledge in producing metal components for a variety of industries has positioned us as a reliable source for high-quality prototyping.

In-house product/industrial designer, engineering staff, and manufacturing specialists are all available to offer assistance during all prototyping projects.

We offer parts made from steel or aluminum with numerous finishes available to meet the needs of almost any application. Utilizing the latest equipment, our rapid prototyping capability can produce metal components with a material thickness range of of .020" shim stock to 1" plate. When forming and shearing, we can produce products up to 120" in length and width, and laser cutting up to 120" long and 60" wide. Plasma cut parts can measure up to 144" long and up to 72" wide. For prototyping projects, we work to tightest tolerances of ±.005" for laser cutting and ±.030" for welding and assembly.
